Daine Runnels is from Yarrawonga, and studied at JMC Academy South Melbourn. He has been performing for 18 years singing and playing various instruments such as Guitar, Harmonica, Banjo and Piano.

He has released numerous original albums & is currently working on an all new album in Melbourne. During the day you’ll find him teaching music and then most weekends you’ll find him where he most loves to be, entertaining live on stage, guitar on lap, microphone out front. Recently some may have seen him on Channel 7 Sunrise.

The NSW State Government has provided funding for a great evening of music via the Festival of Place – Summer Fund and local entertainer Ray Macartney has enlisted some great talent to play live for us, including Daine Runnels. The best part is they will be hanging around between gigs to chat, providing insights on learning an instrument, singing, song writing, recording & promotion.
